BOOKING/REFUND POLICY

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE Travel Planning Research Fee, minimum of $100 USD required to start the planning and researching process. This fee does not constitute as your required initial deposit, if you decide to book. The Travel Planning Research Fee is valid for 14 days. Key Travel and Tours make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, within 14 days, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase, due to circumstances beyond our control. The earlier you book the more money you could save. By paying the Travel Planning Research Fee, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: You will be required to pay a minimum deposit of $200 USD per person when you have confirmed your booking, due immediately. The service/supplier provider may require further deposits. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Final payment is required no less than 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Key Travel & Tours accepts, all Major Bank issued Debit & Credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Diners). We also accept PAYPAL, ZELLE, & VENMO. Should you wish us to charge your credit card, we may require you to read and sign a credit card charge form set out in the receipt. 

CANCELLATION: We understand things happen, so please be aware that most travel bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE and CANCELLED bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Key Travel and Tours will charge a $150 cancellation fee for any booking that you cancel, in addition to any supplier charges.  

Since Key Travel and  Tours  is only paid from the Resort/Hotel/Cruise companies that we book once a trip is completed, the Cancellation Fee is to cover our time spent thus far servicing your request.  All service fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

For your protection, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase trip cancellation, so that you may claim your Cancellation Fee for potential reimbursement. A cancellation receipt to include with your claim documents will be emailed to you, once cancelled.
